Avocado-Obsessed Brits Can Celebrate National Avocado Day On 31 July With Free Hand-Mashed Guac On The Chipotle App

Chipotle Mexican Grill UK, the leading fast-casual restaurant chain that serves burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and salads made with real ingredients, announced it will celebrate National Avocado Day on 31 July with free hand-mashed guac* on digital orders. Demand for avocados in the UK is on the rise with The World Avocado Organisation reporting a 9% increase in avocado consumption in the UK in the 2023/2024 season.**

On 31 July, Chipotle guests can redeem a free side or topping of guac on digital orders placed on the Chipotle UK app or chipotle.co.uk with code AVO2025* The offer is valid through National Avocado Day on 31 July.

Chipotle’s guac is made with just six real ingredients: Hass avocados, hand-chopped cilantro, red onion, jalapeno, citrus juice and kosher salt. Crew members arrive at 6 a.m. each morning to prepare Chipotle’s real food, including guac, in-restaurant each day. Every batch of guac is made with 48 whole, ripe Hass avocados. Guac is the perfect add-on to Chipotle’s classic chicken burrito, which is priced at £9.45 on average.
